So you have rock climbed before and want a little more challenge/adventure…this is the course for you. Designed to hone skills learned in Intro to Rock Climbing (or if you have been rock climbing before) and push your limits on more challenging routes. Getting to the next level is all about moving more effectively on the rock. In this one-day course your instructor will study your climbing style and pinpoint your strengths and weaknesses to teach you the skills you need to become a better climber. In addition to climbing, safe rappelling techniques will be introduced and practiced during the course. All equipment: ropes, shoes, harness and helmet will be provided and climbing will be age/skill level appropriate.
